oh hey, hello
I'm Anna

My yoga journey began in 2012 in Columbus, Ohio. Since then, my practice has brought me to numerous places around the globe: from Green Bay, Wisconsin to Katonah, New York to Bali, Indonesia, and Newport Beach, California. At each stop along the way, my practice has evolved, formed and reformed, and ultimately shifted and morphed to fit each changing phase of my life.

My goal as a teacher is to help every practitioner gain insight: whether physically, emotionally, or intellectually. Hopefully all three. To find the common thread that links us all together and ultimately connects us mind, body and spirit.

As a student, my goal is to find what works. What works for you and what works for me may not always look the same and that is OK. No one practice is alike, nor should it be. Using our physical body, breath, and mind leads to both an implicit and an explicit experience. How we embody a posture or move through a yoga practice, can always teach us something about ourselves.

Currently residing between Ohio and California you can find me teaching online from my home space.

Oh! You came for a list of my favorite things? Well then, I love ice cream (preferably Ohio made like Jeni's or Handel's), spending time with my family and friends, traveling the world, attending entirely too many sporting events, exposing myself to new ways of thinking, meeting people where they are in their personal journey, taking all the personality tests (try it- it's fascinating!) and finding the joy in each and every day.
